I love love this place! Food is always fresh and delicious!

Other than the fact my girlfriend did not receive cocktail sauce for the shrimp like she specifically asked the food was delicious.

Delicious chicken and barbecue and fine service.

Delish as always! This is a staple when we are back in town!

I don't hate the new reno. I can get over it since the food and service is always 👌. Plus, it's actually seen now. Before, it was so hidden, it was definitely leaning towards the homey feel but, now more of you crazy people get to experience Carolinian customer service. I guess we can share. 🙄🤷🏽‍♀️😂

First time in today. Well lit, nice an clean place. Food was quick an good. The staff is what stood out to me. They all seem happy and very polite. They went out of there way for several customers I seen in my short visit. I'll be back. Thank you guys!

Disappointed in Ogden location tonight! Young kid brought wrong bag of food out. Second attempt took way too long while everyone behind me was getting their orders. Got home and no hushpuppies! Barbeque wasn't fresh either. Really disappointed as this is not the norm here. Going to your competitor next time!

Definitely not the same since they rebuilt the building. Feels chaotic. Hoping it's just from reopening. The warm chicken sauce is not warm anymore. It's prepackaged now. Fortunately the barbecue is still awesome.

Awesome as always!! So glad the Porter's neck store is open now! This is the best place for fried chicken hands down!! Prices are reasonable as well service is always fast food is always fresh,and there sweet tea is amazing!

It's all good Eastern North Carolina Bar-B-Que (which means slow roasted with a mild vinegar flavor). Don't look for brown sugar sweet sauces, there ain't none.

I really like the renovation that they have done here, the service was always good and it seems like it’s gotten even better. Staff is always very quick in assisting you and you rarely have to refill your own drink even though it’s a fast food style restaurant they still do things that a larger sit down restaurant would do. Prices are fair and the food is always good.

Drive through restaurant, has no drive-by trash receptacles, not even outdoor receptacles...also uses polystyrene containers and cups.Otherwise 5 stars!

Usually makes a decent barbq sandwich, BUT the coleslaw was why too wet and made the bun a soggy mess....

Wonderful service and food! They were really busy when we got there but got food right up. Food was brought to us and were given refills. When we left an employee even opened the door for us. Great experience

Absolutely the BEST! The staff & food here is always great. We moved out of state 14 months ago. There are no SCNB's no where near us. We took the opportunity to stop in tonight since we were semi near here. As usual, it was great. Even the manager heard our little story and came out, spoke with us, really showed us how important good customers were to them. I told him that over the years, I had spoken with the owner a few times & would gladly with the chance, personally convey what a pleasure it was seeing that even though there are some new faces, the level of customer service is as always the best around. Thanks so much to the staff, management & owner for providing great service where so many other establishments have lost the desire to maintain high standards.

Food was delicious. First time in since the new SCNB was built on Market Street in Wilmington. Very nice!

Ordered food thru Grub Hub and received wrong order. Delivery driver asked person working if this was the Tailgate special and was told yes. It wasn't, a lot less food. Will receive refund in 3 to 5 business days, and have to drive to restuarant to get what was left out. It will now take me 2 hours after ordering to get full order.

This place is horrible I ordered just a breast and wing and it was covered with hot sauce. The whole bag was full of hot sauce. This was my first and last time visiting this restaurant. It was a waste of money

To only have three main dish items on the menu I expected all to be outstanding. Unfortunately the only one that was really good was the chicken fingers. All the sides were sweet, and all the BBQ sauce was too hot for kids. I tried and no need to go back.

I was the first car out of 3 pulled just now, 15min later I get my 1 bbq sandwich I ordered and regular fry ....... Nothing crazy ...... Not alot ..... One bbq sandwich and a fry ...... Wasnt crazy busy , maybe 2 min from getting in line to paying , not very many people inside , including what looked like a manger playing on his phone at a table there was maybe 6 people inside ....... Kinda crazy 1:30pm

Flavor is always consistent, but the portions are not. Depends on the server. The last time we went my daughter found a pea sized rock in her potato salad.

I love this place! It has become my favorite place to eat when I do go out to eat. The best bbq around here and the sides are actually good too! Not like your typical fast food restaurant. Smithfield’s is a cut above the rest.

Always a great meal at Smithfield's. Just wish we had one in Burgaw so I didn't have to drive to Ogden

Ppl was friendly 3 adults with 2 children $ was alot cheaper than pizza had 2 nights b4. We was able to sit & visit w/o being pushed out

31May2030 Just went to drive through. Ordered the tailgate special. Again for the second time they didn't include the sauces or dinner ware. Very frustrating because the dinner is good, just incomplete 😟

Customer service is awful. Girl literally threw the bag at us. Food is as good as always tho (:
